Context Engineered is my notebook on how to make AI systems useful in real products. I write about context engineering, software architecture, and the delivery practices that turn experiments into systems you can operate.
The name is deliberate: a good prompt is not enough. The surrounding context — retrieval, tools, constraints, evaluation, and the humans in the loop — is what makes the difference between a demo and something you can ship.
About me#
I am Mubashir Ali, an Engineering Manager at Tintash. I have spent my career close to the work: backend architecture, APIs, mobile clients, and the project management that keeps teams shipping. I currently lead delivery while staying hands-on with design and implementation.
Recent work includes leading a monolith-to-microservices migration, building large-scale data pipelines, and shipping products used by athletes, clinicians, and consumer apps. The full history is on my CV.
